Michelle supports one of IntelliWare’s newest clients and has been instrumental in helping the client develop new mission capabilities. Although Michelle is utilizing her subject matter expertise to support the mission, it is the intangibles and relationships that she has developed that have brought tremendous value to the customer. Her "above-and-beyond" attitude has ensured the client has met critical milestones in these crucial early stages.
For Michelle, it is incredibly important to constantly challenge herself and pursue additional educational opportunities whenever she can. She is always looking for a new training course or other non-traditional ways to gain knowledge. She is currently working towards her PMP certification as well as creating an analytical blog for news and further study for those IntelliWare employees also in the field.
As the daughter of a disabled Veteran and wife of a Navy veteran, veteran health issues are incredibly important to Michelle. She is devoted to raising awareness on the effects of Agent Orange to aging Vietnam Veterans and their families. Michelle believes that an integral part of her success has been her commitment to the missions of the organizations she has supported. Michelle values her role as a citizen and wants to capitalize on the opportunity she has to support her federal client by furthering their mission whenever she can.
