Sean joined the IntelliWare team in October 2014 and quickly established himself as a trusted resource for his client and the company. Sean currently supports one of IntelliWare's longest standing clients as the lead for outreach and communications. His willingness to bring new ideas and a new approach to outreach has directly led to improved engagement and high-profile visibility for his client's mission. He also serves as an onsite team lead for IntelliWare, assisting in contract management and helping mentor colleagues in career development.
Sean's proven results and commitment to excellence earned him the client’s trust in briefing their mission at all levels of the U.S. government, including multiple top-level executives. He strives to stay current with emerging communications techniques and is dedicated to building and maintaining critical relationships for his client's division. Sean is trusted with creating and implementing the strategy for his client's communications objectives. In the fall of 2015 he was recognized as the top performer at his client's division and is routinely praised for the effectiveness of his continuing initiatives.
Having previously worked alongside numerous veterans, Sean is dedicated to raising awareness about veteran's health issues, particularly mental health issues facing combat veterans. He is a contributor to the Wounded Warrior Project; the Hero Initiative – an organization dedicated to raising money for the emergency medical aid of comic book creators; and Lost Dog and Cat Rescue of Virginia – a local animal rescue. Outside of work, Sean is often running in the various charity 5Ks around the DC-metro area, or generally running after his 9-month old rescue puppy.
