Chief Executive Officer, Founder
Mr. Barnett has more than 31 years of US Government service prior to his retiring from the Department of Defense. Throughout his entire career, Mr. Barnett led engineers, program management professionals, and business managers in all aspects of technology and systems engineering management; from product design, development, and implementation to program strategy and Systems Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) management. As a technical leader and manager on high profile, large-scale government information technology projects, Mr. Barnett provided senior level engineering and program management services to U.S. law enforcement and intelligence agencies. Mr. Barnett is a demonstrated leader in many technology areas; including data center design and implementation, analytic processing automated information systems and law enforcement communications devices. Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Barnett was responsible for implementing the NDIC, the Pacific Disaster Center (PDC), and the CIFA. Prior to establishing IntelliWare Systems, Mr. Barnett was co-founder and CEO of DB Data Systems, LLC.
President & COO, Founder
Mr. LaPore has 20 years of management experience in government contracting, telecommunications, and as a Navy Supply Corps Officer. He has managed technical, sales, and consulting professional organizations, and has held senior, influential management roles in the start-up phases of four companies, founding and leading two, DB Data Systems and now IntelliWare Systems. As a Naval Officer, he served as a shipboard Supply Officer on two Persian Gulf deployments and at the United States Naval Academy. His undergraduate degree is from Va Tech and he has completed graduate work in business and technology at the Universities of Baltimore and Maryland, University College. Mr. LaPore is a seasoned, entrepreneurial business professional whose management philosophy emphasizes company culture and quality service.
Senior Systems Analyst, Founder
Mr. Dix is a highly experienced systems engineering professional with broad array of technical, operational, project management, and business development/relationship management experiences within both public and private sectors. Mr. Dix's most recent experience is in the Counterterrorism community, where he is leading or assisting with the planning, design, analysis, and implementation of the Presidentially-mandated Terrorist Screening Center (TSC), a multi-agency organization led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of State (DOS). Mr. Dix was the first business architect/analyst/systems engineer at the Terrorist Screening Center, and his tenure predates the first director. Mr. Dix is instrumental in the creation of organization plans, technology plans, strategy, and data standards.
Director Federal Law Enforcement, Founder
Mr. Long is an impact performer with wide-ranging experience leading technical and operational initiatives in the national security and information processing arenas. He has created and managed a requirements engineering organization for a dynamic post 9/11 task force, managed a multi-agency geo-spatial and information sharing initiative, and currently provides executive and program management support to a Counter-Terrorism (CT) analytic center. As a former US Naval flight officer, Mr. Long is a proven leader and recognized performer with over 14 years of professional management, technical, and analytical expertise. Mr. Long is adept and highly experienced in project management, systems engineering, communication, operations, and inter-agency collaboration in the Intelligence / CT Community. He has been instrumental in managing, planning, and executing numerous classified technical and operational initiatives supporting Federal Law Enforcement agencies. Mr. Long has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the US Naval Academy.
VP of Operations, Founder
Mr. Payne has over 17 years of Information Technology (IT) and Management experience supporting Department of Defense, the counter-terrorism community, and in various commercial ventures. Mr. Payne has led and executed efforts in all aspects of the software lifecycle, including requirements engineering, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and operational support. In his role with IntelliWare Systems Mr. Payne is responsible for the daily operations of the organization and ensuring IntelliWare’s core values are prominent throughout those operations. Mr. Payne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Central Wesleyan College.
Chief Information Officer, Founder
Mr. Uphouse has over 20 years of Information Technology (IT) and Management experience across the entire systems development lifecycle for multiple Government agencies. His professional experience ranges from resource planning, architecture planning, systems definition, process and functional engineering, project planning and performance evaluation, requirements analysis, systems design, and systems development to system test, implementation, and sustaining infrastructure activities. As an Engineer, he has worked for multiple Government customers to include Department of Defense, Department of State, and Internal Revenue Services. As a Technical Program and Site Manager, he has worked for several intelligence agencies to include DoD’s Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA), DOJ’s National Drug Intelligence Agency (NDIC), and a current FBI program. His undergraduate degree in engineering is from Pennsylvania State University and he has completed a graduate degree in computer systems management from the University of Maryland University College. As a company leader, Mr. Uphouse is responsible for mapping IntelliWare’s information technology and service initiatives to meet both internal and customer tactical and strategic goals.
Principal Systems Integrator
Mr. Hodson has more than 25 years of Program Management PM, Enterprise Architecture (EA), and Portfolio Management (PfM) experience in DoD and Federal Law Enforcement. A self-starter with a masters degree in Acquisition and Procurement, Mr. Hodson is a former Air Force Acquisition Program Manager who is a proven leader and quality performer with extensive program management, acquisition logistics and executive officer experience. He was recognized for his abilities by being hand-selected for special White House duty as the Acquisition and Maintenance Manager of Air Force One. Since retiring from the military, Mr. Hodson has provided PM, EA, Business Process Reengineering and PfM support to NASA, Army Materiel Command, and for the Homeland Defense Mission Assurance Division. He used practical approach models and automated tools to reduce both schedule and cost for both Army and Homeland Defense and was used by these two organization to facilitate their Governance Boards to help manage change. Mr. Hodson's creativeness, dedication, motivation, insightfulness, group facilitation skills and collaboration expertise using advance software tools makes him a standout in his career field. He can manage programs from the ground up, develop effective implementation approaches, make wide use of automated tools and can deliver quality results to meet customer needs.
Principal Systems Engineer
Mr. Zaloznik has over 28 years experience in computer, software and systems engineering supporting a variety of DoD and DoJ customers. He provides technical leadership and foresight to all product areas. He has diversified experience in development of automated systems, specialized software applications, and Command and Control systems for the intelligence and operational community. He is responsible for major development and maintenance efforts to include network planning, facility and infrastructure, data services and storage, LAN and WAN integration solutions, and object-oriented user interfaces. His knowledge and experience extends over multiple engineering disciplines to include software, communications, network, automated data processing (ADP) facilities. He has considerable knowledge and hands on experience of with commercial of the shelf (COTS) hardware and software products. Specialized areas of expertise include research and prototyping efforts in the application of Biometrics, RF-ID tagging, mobile/handheld technology, and data convergence. Mr. Zaloznik holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a graduate degree in Electronics Engineering from Renesselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Senior Systems Integrator
Mr. Coleman has over 20 years of strategic management experience of large technical and financial projects in both industry and government. He has performance management expertise with a Six Sigma Blackbelt and has acquired a broad range of leadership experience in DoD and the Intelligence Community. Mr. Coleman possesses significant experience leading intelligence and counterterrorism projects and has been recognized for his communication skills, his joint and interagency collaboration, and his policy experience with the FBI, the USN, and NATO. He has been selected for promotion to Captain as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Reserve Component in the United States Navy and has broad knowledge of Operational and Joint Warfare. He graduated from the Virginia Military Institute, has an MS in Public Management and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a graduate of the Naval War College and the Joint Forces Staff College.
Senior Systems Engineer
Mr. Fauth has over 17 years of Information Technology (IT) and Management experience supporting the federal law enforcement and United States Intelligence Community (USIC). Mr. Fauth has led and executed efforts in all aspects of the software lifecycle, including requirements engineering, design, development, testing, implementation, training, and operational support. His interests are in information retrieval, data visualization, data warehousing and Web 2.0 technologies. Mr. Fauth holds dual Bachelor degrees in Marine Engineering and Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and a Masters in Information Science from George Mason University.
