INTEGRITY
Brady has been with IntelliWare for over 18 months and has quickly established himself as a valuable asset for both his customer and fellow employees. As a Data Analyst for one of our Law Enforcement customers, he gained the trust of his clients and coworkers through his attention to detail and willingness to help others. His ability to identify issues and take the initiative to provide solutions paved the way for him to quickly emerge as a leader and reliable member of the team.
EXCELLENCE
Brady’s excellence recently resulted in a promotion to a Quality Assurance Specialist where he ensures all deliverables meet our customer’s conformance standards. He has been identified by the customer as someone who produces deliverables that consistently surpass their expectations. His ability to quickly learn on the job and effectively communicate has led him to become the go to person for any and all problems encountered by our customer.
COMMITMENT
Brady’s dedication to the mission and his belief that there is always room for improvement has led him to tackle a new challenge to further improve the quality of the product IntelliWare provides to their customer. He has teamed with his Project Manager to undertake the task of rewriting the outdated SOP’s for their contract. Their goal is to eliminate confusion and streamline work to ensure the highest quality of deliverables for their customer and to ensure seamless transition with new hires. Ultimately this will result in better overall support to our customer’s mission.
